Description
|
Mylar® 890
is a white opaque polyester film with a clear heat-sealable
layer co-extruded on one side. The co-extruded side of
this film forms permanent heat seals to itself and a variety
of other substrates including APET, paper, PVC and various
metals. It does not seal to polyolefines such as polypropylene
and polyethylene.

Applications
|
This film is typically used either as a single web or as
part of a laminate in dual ovenable ready meal lidding and
also for blister packaging and flow wrap applications where
its brilliant whiteness enhances shelf appeal.
